ORTHOPEDIC PROCEDURES - ELBOW

  • Cubital Tunnel Release at the Elbow

Cubital Tunnel Release at the Elbow:

Release of several anatomic areas of compression is necessary to relieve the nerve pain in this condition. The nerve can be released with a long incision (open) or minimal incision (endoscopic) using a small camera. This technique does not include moving (transposing) the nerve and is used when the nerve is stable (does not slide out of it’s natural groove) and compression is mild or moderate.
