Le Ann M. Cyr - Chief Operating & Financial Officer

Le Ann M. Cyr matriculated into George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia for her undergraduate and graduate degrees in 1990. She attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C. for her Graduate Assistantship in 1995. In 1996, she completed her Master's Degree and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

After Graduate School, Mrs. Cyr went to work for a Fortune 500 company as a Corporate Headhunter; focusing primarily on the recruitment and placement of professionals in the Accounting and Finance fields. She continued in this line of work before deciding to start the
Orthopaedic & Spine Institute with her husband, Dr. Steven J. Cyr, and his partner, Mr. Eloy Castaneda, Jr.

Mrs. Cyr is currently the Chief Operating & Financial Officer for OSI. In this capacity, she is primarily responsible for managing the financial, marketing and operational aspects of the business, focusing on ways to expand and grow the company.
