Limited Palmar Fasciectomy for Dupuytren’s Contracture:

      Dupuytren’s contracture is a genetic condition that causes involved fingers to pull in toward the palm.  Surgical treatment is considered once the involved fingers start getting in the way.  One option for treatment is surgical removal of some of this contracted tissue through multiple incisions in the palm.
